Dell KB813 Smartcard Keyboard, Refurbished

I have taken the product just before a month and i haven't used it till now but when i tried to use it now its not working.I wish someone can really help me right now

I can't even say that it is refurbished.
It was so neat and clean, The quality control you guys are providing at this price point is just amazing. I bet you must have cleaned this.
