Bought the 512GB version for general home use (editing my CV, Trading, teaching mom how to use office, etc). The packaging was really nice and they made sure nothing happens to it during the delivery! All the ports work fine. Performance exceeded my expectations, To put this into context i am using and Dell Latitude 7490 as an office laptop and almost all mid-end laptops that i use feel slow to me, but this one actually did not. I was mildly surprised. Only minor inconvenience i think is the F7 shortcut for display support is not working. Apart from minor scratches and battery, this is a great deal for me as it saved me at least another 25K that i would have spent for a new Laptop. Thank You Saudewala!
Great catch for the money. Refurbished product missing Red mouse button. but rest everything is neat. Shipping was awesome. I really enjoyed the product.
Product was as per description. Mint condition. No visible damage. Drivers were already updated.
