Its been nearly 5 months after my purchase of Samsung Galaxy go and its working smooth as butter,its boot time is even faster then my gaming laptop.
No heating or lagging issues as such till now.
Only once it got freezed and I contacted to them by whatsapp and then they said me the fix and also guided me how to use it since it is an armed processor laptop(I wasnt even expecting that someone would pickup my call so their customer service is very good).
Packaging-9/10(It is packaged pretty well with bubble wrap and many other protection)
Quality-8/10 (Showed this laptop to my friends and they thought its new,there are very minor scratches if u look very deeply)
Customer service-8/10(Gave the reason for it above)
Laptop works pretty smooth while browsing,yt and using microsoft office no issues as such only thing you have to follow is not to download extra applications and update the laptop since it is arm processor laptop.Also thanks for the gift with it :D
Honestly am very satisfied with saudewala and looking forward to buy other things too :)
