The product had absolutely no damage and everything is good. I got a steal deal as I got 32gb ram 1tb ssd and a touch 4k display and a xeon processor. It updated to win 11 and runs without any issue. This is a workstation dell laptop so it has very high power. Overall recommended. The service is good too. If I got a problem wherever on social media I text The management they reply and help instantly.
Had been digging the internet to buy a laptop for the longest time until I came across this website. Got this laptop for dirt cheap as compared to what it retails for. The price they are selling for is crazy, even good i5 laptops aren't available at this price.
The laptop packs up crazy config as you can see yourself anyway. I was aware of the heating issue before but couldn't resist myself to buy this. This being 13.3" and i7 makes it difficult for heat dissipation and a lot of times performance gets throttled due to heat. An i5 with 13.3" or the bigger 15ish screen in better for i7 imo (which Saudewala already sells).
Only mad at Saudewala coz they keep bringing up new stuff and I have to stop myself from buying.(Galaxy Book 3🥲)
